摘要
基于终端厂生产污水中聚合物含量大增、出水水质不能达标排放等原因,需对现有污水处理进行提标改造。通过对工艺现状、现场中试装置运行中存在的问题进行分析并提出解决方案:将原有CAST池改造为调节池,增加水力停留时间,加强系统的均质均量能力;脱聚反应罐内滤料装填前在厂内进行酸液氧化预处理,减少投运后酸液过量投加对罐体造成腐蚀结垢;生化部分采用A2/O工艺,增加脱总氮环节和多级内循环措施。通过分析改造完成投运后各阶段的出水水质数据,可知系统对CODcr、总氮的去除效果明显,系统出水水质可稳定达标排放。
Due to the increase of polymer content in the sewage produced by the terminal plant, the effluent quality cannot reach the standard of discharge and other reasons,and the existing sewage treatment needs to be improved. Through the analysis of the process status and the problems existing in the field pilot plant operation,solutions are proposed. The original CAST pool is transformed into a regulation pool to increase the hydraulic retention time and enhance the water quality and quantity equalization of the system. It is suggested that acid oxidation pretreatment should be carried out in the plant before the deploymerization reaction tank is filled to reduce the corrosion and scale formation of the tank caused by the excessive addition of acid. The A2/O process is used in the biochemical part,and the total nitrogen removal and multi-stage internal circulation measures are added. By analyzing the effluent water quality data of each stage after transformation and operation,it can be seen that the removal effect of CODcr and total nitrogen of the system is significantly improved, and the effluent water quality of the system can reach the standard stably.
