摘要
目的分析彩超引导双头定位针定位乳腺微小病变的治疗效果。方法选取2018年10月~2019年2月在我院收治的乳腺微小病变患者110例,采取抽签分组方式将其分为两组,观察组(n=55)在术前分别实施彩超引导双头定位针定位,再根据标记位置对病灶进行切除,对照组(n=55)直接实施外科手术,在术前分别实施彩超引导双头定位针,对比两组患者病灶切除率、总有效率、并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的病灶切除率(100.00%)高于对照组(89.09%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率(96.36%)高于对照组(87.27%)(P<0.05);观察组患者的切口感染发生率1.82%低于对照组的10.91%(P<0.05)。结论彩超引导双头定位针对乳腺微小病变进行穿刺定位,能显著提高外科手术准确性,利于疾病早期诊断。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of color ultrasound-guided double-headed positioning needle in the localization of small breast lesions. Methods 110 patients with small breast lesions were selected as the study subjects in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2019. Patients with small breast lesions were divided into two groups by ticket drawing method. The observation group(55 cases were given color ultrasound-guided double-headed positioning needle before surgery, and then the lesion was resected according to the marked position), and the control group(55 cases were given direct surgery). The color ultrasound-guided double-headed positioning needle was performed before surgery, and the lesion resection rate, total effective rate, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The resection rate of lesions(100.00%) in the observation group was higher than that(89.09%)in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate(96.36%) in the observation group was higher than that(87.27%) in the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 1.82%, which was lower than that(10.91%)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Color ultrasound-guided double-headed positioning needle in the needle localization of small breast lesions can significantly improve the accuracy of surgery and provide early diagnosis of diseases.
