“医教融合”背景下高职院校基层护理人才培养的创新与实践 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨“医教融合”背景下培养高职护理人才培养的创新与实施效果。方法通过文献研究、问卷调查等了解江苏省基层护理人才培养情况,搭建校院一体化合作育人平台,创建“医教融合”高职护理人才培养模式,完善校院协同育人质量监控体系,并应用于高职基层护理人才的培养过程中。结果“医教融合”人才培养模式创新提升了高职护理人才的培养质量,教学模式成效得到同仁广泛认可。结论“医教融合”人才培养模式创新有利于高职基层护理人才的培养,具有一定的指导借鉴意义。 Objective To evaluate the effects of a nursing student training program in the high vocational college under the integration of medicine and education.Methods Literature review and the questionnaire survey were conducted to know the condition of nursing students training program in Jiangsu province.The platform of talent cultivation was built up and training model under the integration of medicine and education was also developed.Besides,monitoring system of the talent cultivation was also improved.Results The program improved the quality of nursing students in the high vocational college.The achievements of the reform were highly appreciated by the peer.Conclusion The integrated medicine and education nursing talents cultivating program provides a reference for high quality nursing education in the high vocational colleges.
