以岗位胜任力为导向的军医教育教学改革和教学效果评估 被引量:3

摘要 目的提高医生岗位胜任力是国际第三轮医学教育改革的核心。《军事心理测量与评估》讲授部队心理工作的必备知识技能,但在以往教学中存在教学与实践分离的缺陷,需要通过引入提升岗位胜任力思路改进教学设计。本研究基于岗位胜任力要求设计《军事心理测量与评估》的教学内容和方法,并评估教学效果。方法通过访谈分析了部队心理医师的岗位胜任力特征,并在此基础上根据实际需要重新设计教学内容,引入情景教学、案例教学和"互联网+"教育模式。将2019—2020春季学期来校培训的两批任职教育学员分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=31)进行教学效果评估。结果试验组学员对教学提升工作实践和任职能力的认可度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组学员教学内容和方法满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论通过教学改革,《军事心理测量与评估》教学更贴近岗位要求,可以培养学生任职所需能力,提升教学满意度。 Objective Improving doctors’ post competence is the core of the third round of international medical education reform.Military Psychological Measurement and Evaluation teaches necessary knowledge and skills for military psychologist,but there was a defect in the previous teaching for that teaching and practice are separated,so it is necessary to improve the instructional design by introducing the idea of enhancing post competence.The present study redesigned the content and teaching methods of the course of Military Psychological Measurement and Evaluation based on the requirements of post competency and to eveluate the teaching effect.Methods Based on the analysis of post competency characteristics of military psychologists through interviews,the teaching content is redesigned according to actual needs.Scenario-based teaching,case-based learning and "Internet +" education mode are introduced.The military dotcors who came for training in the spring semester of 2019-2020 were divided into a control group(n=30) and an experimental group(n=31) for teaching effect evaluation.Results The recognition of the students in the experimental group for teaching practice and professional ability was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The students’ satisfaction with teaching contents and methods in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Teaching reform made the course of Military Psychological Measurement and Evaluation more practical.Students could develop the skills needed for their jobs.Teaching saticfaction was also improved with refom.
