摘要
本文以乡村振兴战略的提出为背景,通过对实施乡村振兴战略的人才需求进行解读,指出了农村区域发展专业在"三农"工作队伍建设中的重要作用。同时结合目前农村区域发展专业建设的现状,阐述了该专业目前仍存在的亟待解决的若干问题,并提出了在乡村振兴背景下,如何更好地进行农村区域发展专业建设的对策与建议。
Against the background of the rural revitalization strategy, this paper interprets the demand for talents to implement the rural revitalization strategy to point out the important role of the rural regional development specialty in building the workforce for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. At the same time, considering the current situation of the construction of the rural regional development specialty, this paper expounds some problems that need to be solved urgently, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to better construct the rural regional development specialty under the background of rural revitalization.
