摘要
文章基于对农村区域发展专业应用型人才培养诉求的分析,结合"知三农、懂经济、善管理、会规划"应用型人才培养目标和实证研究视野下的农村区域发展专业应用型人才培养情况分析,提出岗位胜任力视角下农村区域发展专业应用型教学体系设计,包括根据专业特色进行教学内容设计,进行应用型师资队伍建设和强化实践教学基地建设等方面。
Based on the analysis of the applied talents training demands of the major of development of rural areas,this paper analyses the cultivation of professional applied talents from the perspective of empirical research,and puts forward the designing of the application oriented teaching system from the perspective of post competency. The teaching system includes designing the teaching content according to the specialty,constructing and strengthening the construction of practical teaching base and so on.
