摘要
目的探讨发散式冲击波联合推拿、针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病(CSR)的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月~2018年12月我院收治的86例CSR患者作为研究对象,按照随机对照试验(RCT)分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例)。对照组给予推拿、针灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予联合发散式冲击波,比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后的VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗4周后的CDI评分明显低于治疗前,观察组治疗后的CDI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发散式冲击波联合推拿、针灸治疗CSR患者能够显著地缓解疼痛,有利于颈椎功能恢复,并且有效地提高临床效果,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of divergent shock wave combined with massage and acupuncture in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR).Methods A total of 86 patients with CSR who admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to randomized controlled trial (RCT),they was divided into the control group (43 cases) and the observation group (43 cases).The control group was given massage and acupuncture treatment;the observation group was given divergent shock wave on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than that of the control group (79.07%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The visual analogue scale (VAS) score after 4 weeks of treatment of the two group was lower than that before treatment,the VAS scores of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The CDI scores of the two groups after treatment for 4 weeks were significantly lower than those before treatment,the CDI scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Divergent shock wave combined with massage and acupuncture in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR) can significantly relieve pain,help restore cervical function,and effectively improve clinical results.It is worthy of promotion and application.
