摘要 农业科研试验基地既是农业科学研究的重要载体,也是科研创新和现代农业展示的重要平台。文章以山东省农业科学院济阳综合试验示范基地为例,分析了该基地的基本情况和功能,从突出科技创新、重视集成示范、加强推广服务等方面阐述了提升农业科研试验基地功能的主要途径,并提出了树立合作共建意识、争取资金稳定支持、建立资源共享机制等有效发挥农业科研试验基地功能的保障措施,以期使农业科研试验基地更好地为农业科技成果转化服务,为实现农业现代化作出贡献。 Agricultural scientific research base is an important carrier of agricultural scientific research and platform for scientific research innovation and modern agricultural display. Taking the Jiyang Comprehensive Agricultural Scientific Research Base, Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example, the basic status and function of the base was analyzed in the paper. Main ways to boost functions of agricultural scientific research base were discussed from laying stress on scientific innovation, paying attention to integration and demonstration, and strengthening extension and service. Safeguard measures for effective giving full play of function of agricultural scientific research base were put forward, such as setting cooperation and co-building concept, try to getting steady financial support, constructing mechanism of sharing of resources. All these will make agricultural scientific research base be better for the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, and the realization of agricultural modernization.
