摘要
作为我国农业科研体系重要组成部分的农业科研试验基地,既是农业科研第二实验室,又是农业科技成果转化和科技人才培养的平台,也是探索未来新型农业模式的重要场所。随着农业科研试验基地重要性的日渐凸显,提高其管理水平和服务质量势在必行。文章以中国农业科学院烟草研究所试验基地为例,介绍了其管理运行情况,分析了存在的问题,并提出了加强顶层设计、提高机械化水平、创新用工机制等加强试验基地管理的措施,以期为农业科技创新顺利开展保驾护航。
Agricultural scientific research experimental base is an important part of Chinese agricultural scientific research system. It is the second agricultural scientific research laboratory, a significant platform of agricultural scientific research achievement transformation and technical talent cultivation,and also an important organization to explore new agriculture model in the future. With the increasing importance of the experimental base, to improve the management level and service quality is imperative. Taking Institute of Tobacco Research of CAAS as an example, the management operation mode was introduced and problems were analyzed in the paper. The measures were put forward, such as strengthening top-level design, improving the mechanization level, innovating the mechanism of employment, etc. These would safeguard the successful developing of agricultural scientific and technological innovation.
