摘要
对辽宁省水资源应急调度系统进行了需求分析,根据需求分析对辽宁省水资源应急调度系统的功能、总体结构以及系统界面进行了设计和开发,为实现定量化、信息化、科学化的辽宁省水资源应急调度提供技术支撑。
Based on the water demand analysis;the function,overall structure and system interface of water resources emergency dispatching system in Liaoning Province are designed and developed. The system provides technical support for realizing the quantitative,informative and scientific water resources emergency dispatching in Liaoning Province.
