摘要
针对北京市水资源管理动态化、精细化、定量化和科学化的实际需求,从信息化的角度阐述北京市水资源监控与调度系统的总体架构和主要功能,以及开放性设计、可重用的组件库、虚拟数据库和实体数据库相结合的主要技术特点。该系统目前已完成开发并上线运行,实现地表水、地下水、外调水、再生水、雨洪水等千余项数据的实时监控,规划配置,调度优化和调度保障,为北京市水资源的科学调配奠定基础。
According to the actual demand for the dynamic, precise, quantitative, and scientific management of water resources in Beijing, the overall architecture and the main function of Beijing Water Resources Monitoring and Scheduling System with the technical characteristics of open designing, reusable component library, virtual database and entity database combination are expounded from the perspective of informatization construction. Has been developed and implemented on-line operation, the system has realized real-time monitoring, scheduling and configuration, dispatching and optimization of surface water, groundwater, outflowing water, recycled water, rain floods and other thousands of data . The system lays the foundation for the scientific deployment of the Beijing water resources.
