摘要
以杜仲叶为原料,柠檬酸-磷酸二钠缓冲溶液作为提取溶剂,探索了酶法、超声波辅助酶法、超声波辅助半仿生法对京尼平苷的提取率,筛选出杜仲叶中京尼平苷的最佳提取方法。利用正交实验和单因素实验,考察了温度、时间、料液比以及缓冲液的pH对提取率的影响。实验结果表明,超声波辅助半仿生法的提取率最高。当提取温度为65℃、料液比为1∶40、处理时间为50min时,杜仲叶中京尼平苷的提取率高且稳定性好,提取率达到31.3%。
The optimal extraction method of geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was studied by enzymatic extraction, ultrasonic- assisted enzymatic, and ultrasonic assisted semi-bionic method applied geniposide as extraction solvent. The effects of temperature, time, pH buffer and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate were investigated by orthogonal experiments and single factor tests. The results showed that the extraction rate of ultrasonic assisted semi-bionic was highest when the extraction temperature was 65℃, the ratio of solid-liquid was 1:40(g:mL), treatment time was 50 min, the extraction rate of geniposide in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was high with 31.3% and highly stability.
