摘要
浦江县作为浙江省首批农业水价综合改革试点县,在终端用水管理模式、计量设施布控、节水奖励机制等方面形成了浦江经验与做法,为南方丘陵盆地的农业水价综合改革做出了有益探索。对目前仍存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了解决问题的对策建议。
Being one of the first group of pilot project counties for agricultural water pricing reform in Zhejiang Province, Pujiang County has accumulated valuable experiences in terms of end-user management model, layout of metering equipment and water-saving incentive mechanism. The county makes a beneficial exploration for agricultural water pricing reform in hilly and valley areas of southern part of China. Based on examination of existed problems, suggestions are made accordingly.
