摘要
农业水价综合改革是当前中国农业、水利领域的重大改革事项,从县级层面对其开展工作绩效评价具有重要意义。以江苏省淮安市洪泽区为例,从工作开展情况和任务完成情况对改革工作绩效开展了评价,结果表明试点区改革工作取得了显著的阶段性成效,同时总结提出了存在问题和对策建议,为同类地区顺利推进改革工作提供参考依据。
Currently,the comprehensive reform of agricultural water pricing is one of the major reform matters in the agricultural and water conservancy field of China.It is of great significance to assess the performance of this reform at county level.Hongze County of Jiangsu Province was chosen as an example,and the reform performance was assessed from the perspectives of work development situation and task achievements.The results showed that the reform in the pilot area had achieved significant periodical success.The corresponding problems and countermeasures also summarized to help push forward the reform work in other similar areas.
