摘要
目的探讨超声引导下无水乙醇消融治疗无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的临床效果。方法选择41例无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿患者,采用超声引导下无水乙醇消融术治疗。记录治疗前后患者血清钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素及AKP水平,观察患者临床症状改善、并发症及复发情况。结果术后1周、术后3个月、术后6个月患者血清钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素及AKP水平均低于术前(均P<0.05),且均在正常范围内。术后3个月、术后6个月,患者临床症状发生率均低于术前(均P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,共有2例患者出现术后并发症,均经对症处理后好转,且无患者复发。结论超声引导下无水乙醇消融术治疗无功能性甲状旁腺囊肿的疗效可靠,并发症发生率低,且对患者血清钙、磷、甲状旁腺激素以及AKP的影响小。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol ablation therapy for non-functional parathyroid cyst. Methods Forty-one patients with non-functional parathyroid cyst enrolled were treated with ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol ablation.Patients′ serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and AKP levels before and after treatment were recorded,their clinical symptoms remission and incidence of complications and recurrence were observed. Results Serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and AKP levels at week 1,month 3 and month 6 postoperatively were lower than those before operation(all P <0.05),and they were all in the normal range.Three and 6 months after operation,the incidence rate of patients′ clinical symptoms was lower than that before operation (all P <0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,2 cases suffering postoperative complications were ameliorated after symptomatic treatment,and no relapsed cases occurred. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided anhydrous ethanol ablation therapy achieves a reliable efficacy for non-functional parathyroid cyst,with a low incidence rate of complications,and has minor effect on patients ′ serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone and AKP.
