趋化因子IP-10在介导病毒感染性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 干扰素诱生蛋白10(Interferon-inducible protein-10,IP-10)是由IFN-γ诱导产生的一个分子量为10kD的趋化因子,通过与受体CXCR3作用,发挥趋化作用与多种生物学功能。IP-10作为Th1型促炎趋化因子,招募多种细胞到达炎症部位,在炎症中发挥作用。同时IP-10在包括危害人类较大的病毒性疾病如乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)、H7N9禽流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒(Respiratory syncytial virus,RSV)等感染所致的炎症中也发挥重要作用。本研究就IP-10与病毒感染性疾病中炎症产生的密切关系作一综述,以供同行参考。 Interferon-inducible protein-10(IP-10)is a chemokine induced by IFN-γ with a molecular weight of10 kD. It exerts chemotaxis and multiple biological functions through interaction with its only receptor:C-X-C motif receptor 3(CXCR3). IP-10 is a T-helper type-1 pro-inflammatory chemokine,and recruits various cells to reach the site of inflammation. IP-10 and its receptor CXCR3 play important roles in the inflammation wrought by viral infectious diseases,including those caused by the hepatitis-B virus,human immunodeficiency virus,Asian lineage avian influenza A virus,and respiratory syncytial virus.This article reviewed the role of IP-10 in viral infectious diseases and provided a reference for the colleagues.
