摘要
随着生活垃圾无害化处理和资源化利用要求逐步提高,热解气化工艺作为焚烧的有效补充受到了广泛关注。本文针对国内热解气化设施统计数据不足及应用现状不明的问题,通过网络报道、政府采购网和PPP项目数据库,对2010-2017年含"热解"和"气化"关键词的项目进行检索,对相关项目的地区分布、数量及运行情况进行了统计分析,并对技术应用前景进行了展望。共检索到项目69个,分析结果表明,我国已开展的热解气化项目中工艺类型以气化-二燃室工艺为主,70%分布在西南省份,72%的项目处理规模不超过50吨/日,项目开展数量自2016年开始呈现快速增长趋势。
Pyrolysis and gasification process as effective supplement process of incineration had attracted extensive attention,with the higher requirement for MSW innocuous treatment and recycling.In view of the insufficient information of pyrolysis and gasification facility statistics and application status,the projects contain the keywords of "pyrolysis" and "gasification" were retrieved through Chinese Central Government Procurement (CCGP ) platform and China Public Private Partnerships Center (CPPPC ) database in this study.Project regional distribution,numbers and capacity were analyzed,and application prospect was discussed.69 projects were retrieved,the results show that,the process of these retrieved project is mostly gasification-secondary combustion process,70% of the retrieved projects distribute in southwest provinces,capacity of 72% projects is lower than 50t/d,and the project numbers increased rapidly since 2016.
