生活垃圾木质组分固定床连续气化特性

摘要 生活垃圾气化技术是具有快速减量化、资源化优势的生活垃圾无害化处理方式。针对传统固定床气化炉批量式给料条件下物料与气化剂接触不充分、气化效率低的问题,探究固定床气化炉连续进料方式对生活垃圾木质组分气化气产率的影响,寻找最佳的连续气化工况。采用空气作为气化介质,研究生活垃圾木质组分在700~900℃温度范围和0.3~0.6过量空气系数范围内气化气主要组成、气化气热值、气化气产率、气化效率以及焦油组分的变化情况。结果表明:随着过量空气系数的提高,气化气产率随之提高,但可燃气体产量下降。温度升高可以加快反应速率,但与此同时也会加快可燃气体的氧化,使得气化效率下降。在实验参数设定范围内,气化气热值最高的气化工况为700℃、过量空气系数α为0.3,此时气化气低位热值为3.93 MJ/m;可燃气体产率为0.64 m;/kg,气化效率达到81.64%。研究结果为生活垃圾固定床连续气化利用提供了参考。 Municipal solid waste(MSW) gasification technology is a harmless treatment method of MSW with advantages of rapid reduction and resource recovery. Aiming at the problems of insufficient contact between materials and gasification agent and low gasification efficiency under the batch feeding conditions of traditional fixed-bed gasifiers, explore the effect of continuous feeding methods of fixed-bed gasifiers on the gasification gas yield of wooden component of MSW, and find the best continuous gas chemical conditions. The experiment uses air as the gasification medium to study the main composition of gasified gas, the heating value of gasified gas, the gasification gas yield, the gasification efficiency and tar composition in the temperature range of 700~900 ℃ and the excess air coefficient range of 0.3~0.6. The experimental results show that with the increase of excess air coefficient, the gasification gas yield increases, but the content of flammable gas also decreases. Increasing temperature can speed up the reaction rate, but at the same time it also makes the gasification reaction shift to a direction close to the combustion reaction, which reduces the energy conversion efficiency. Within the set range of experimental parameters, the gasification condition with the highest heating value of gasification gas of waste wood is 700 ℃ and excess air coefficientd α =0.3, then the heating value of gasification gas is 3.93 MJ/m;, the combustible gas production rate is 0.64 m;/kg, and the gasification efficiency reaches 81.64%. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the continuous gasification utilization of wooden component of MSW in fixed bed.
