摘要
在微创脊柱外科技术蓬勃发展的今天,正确认识脊柱内镜技术,掌握适应症和熟练的操作技巧是取得良好疗效的关键。如何正确看待脊柱内镜技术是我们要冷静思考的问题,本文就各种脊柱内镜技术在脊柱疾病治疗中应用的历史、现状与进展进行评述,供大家参阅与借鉴。
With the development of percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery, a correct understanding for the indications and skilled surgical techniques are the key factors to achieve satisfactory curative effects. It is a critical question for us to view the percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery with correct considerations. In this literature commentary, we review the history, status and development of percutaneous endoscopic spine surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases.
