摘要
针对矿井带式输送机运行过程中输送带过度磨损和拖动耗能现象,应用由同步变频驱动装置调节拖动转速方法,通过平稳启机、平滑调速与自适应制动达到降低耗能的改进效果。通过对凤红煤矿带式输送机的实例分析表明,该同步变频驱动技改方案取得了良好的效果,能达到带式输送机运行平稳、调速平滑与节能减耗的目的。
In view of the excessive wear of conveyor belt and energy consumption caused by driving during the operation of belt conveyor in coal mine, the method of adjusting the driving speed by synchronous frequency conversion driving device has been applied. The improvement effect of reducing energy consumption has been achieved through smooth start, smooth speed regulation and adaptive braking. The example analysis of the belt conveyor shows that the technical reform scheme of synchronous frequency conversion drive in Fenghong Coal Mine has achieved good results, and can achieve the belt conveyor’s goal of stable operation, smooth speed regulation and energy saving and consumption reduction.
