摘要
结合王家岭矿井开采后期煤巷带式输送机延伸的要求,分析了带式输送机延伸的关键技术,从长电缆变频驱动、控制系统的冗余改造、头中部驱动点的控制策略等方面进行阐述。该技术改造方案经现场运行,取得了较好的效果。
Combined with the requirements of the extension of the belt conveyor in the late stage of coal mining in the Wangjialing mine shaft, analyzes the key technology of belt conveyor extension, elaborates the aspects of the long cable frequency conversion drive, the redundancy of the control system, the control strategy of the driving point of the head. The technical reform program has been run in the field, and obtains good effect.
