摘要
目的探讨耳显微镜下运用生物羊膜+重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔的疗效。方法48例(48耳)创伤性鼓膜穿孔患者,均采用在耳显微镜下运用生物羊膜+rhEGF治疗,分别于术后2周、1个月、3个月对患者进行随访,观察鼓膜愈合情况;术后1、3个月复诊时进行纯音测听检查评估听力情况,评估疗效。结果治愈46例,好转1例,无效1例,有效率为97.9%。1例好转与1例无效的患者经同样方法行第2次手术治疗后痊愈。结论耳显微镜下运用生物羊膜+rhEGF治疗创伤性鼓膜穿孔有取材方便、操作简单、成活率高、安全有效等优点。
Objective To investigate the effect of bioamnion plus recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF) on traumatic tympanic membrane perforation under the otomicroscope. Methods A total of 48 cases of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation (48 ears) were treated with bioamniotic membrane and rhEGF under the otomicroscope.Patients were followed up for 2 weeks,1 month and 3 months to observe the healing of tympanic membrane perforation.The pure-tone audiometry was performed to assess the hearing ability 1 and 3 months after operation. Results Among the 48 patients,complete cure was achieved in 46.In addition,the symptom was improved in 1 patient and the treatment was ineffective in 1 patient.The efficiency is 97.9%.The two patients were cured after the second operation. Conclusion The treatment with bioamnion and rhEGF under otomicroscope is convenient,simple,safe and effective for traumatic tympanic membrane perforation.
