摘要
目的探究外用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶联合曲安奈德软膏治疗口腔溃疡患者的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月~2017年12月本院口腔溃疡患者84例,依据随机数表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗,实验组于对照组基础上予以曲安奈德软膏治疗。统计两组治疗效果、不良反应率,并对比两组溃疡愈合时间及治疗前后溃疡愈合情况(溃疡个数、溃疡面积)及创面疼痛程度。结果实验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗前两组溃疡个数、溃疡面积及创面疼痛程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后实验组溃疡个数较对照组少,溃疡面积较对照组小,创面疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组不良反应率与对照组相比,无显著差异(P> 0.05);实验组溃疡愈合时间较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对口腔溃疡患者联合采用重组人表皮生长因子、曲安奈德软膏治疗,可进一步提高治疗效果,缓解创面疼痛,促进溃疡愈合,且安全性较高。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with triamcinolone ointment in the treatment of oral ulcer. Methods 84 patients with oral ulcer in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups,with 42 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel, and the experimental group was treated with triamcinolone ointment on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed, and the healing time of the two groups and the healing conditions (number of ulcers, area of ulcers) and wound pain were compared. Results The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Number of ulcer ulcer area and wound pain intensity contrast in two groups before treatment was no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05).Ulcer number in the experimental group was less than that in the control group after treatment, and ulcer area in the experimental group was smaller than in the control group.The wound pain degree was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05).The healing time of ulcer in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of oral ulcer combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor and triamcinolone acetonide cream can further improve the treatment effect, wound pain,and promote ulcer healing, which has high safety.
