摘要 目的观察计算机三维重建技术塑形钛网在颅骨缺损中的临床应用效果.方法对61例在我院就诊的颅骨缺损患者进行计算机三维重建技术塑形钛网修复,术后随访6个月.结果所有患者均顺利完成颅骨修复,仅2例患者出现术后癫痫并发症,未出现皮下积液、颅内感染、脑脊液漏、钛网外露变形及硬膜外血肿病例.患者总体满意度达95.1%.结论计算机三维重建技术塑形钛网应用于颅骨缺损修复有着良好的效果,术后并发症控制良好,达到较高的患者满意度,有很高的临床推广价值. Objective To observe the clinical effect of three-dimensional computer reconstruction technique in the treatment of skull defect. Methods Sixty-one patients with skull defect in our hospital were repaired with three-dimensional computer reconstruction technique with plastic titanium mesh. The patients were followed up for 6 months. Results Skull repair was successfully completed in all patients. Only 2 patients had epilepsy complications after operation. No cases of subcutaneous effusion, intracranial infection, cerebrospinal fluid leakage, titanium mesh exposure, deformation and epidural hematoma occurred. The overall satisfaction rate was 95.1%. Conclusion The application of computer three-dimensional reconstruction technology in skull defect repair has a good effect. The complications after operation are well controlled and the patients'satisfaction is high. It has a high clinical popularization value.
