颅骨缺损修补术156例临床效果观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨颅骨缺损修补术的修补时机、感染的防控以及材料外露后的处理。方法采用钢板或钛网材料修补,大多数病例在颅骨缺损术后3~6个月行修补术,术中原切口进入,低流量电凝止血,使用抗生素,无张力缝合头皮,修补材料外露者采用钛网一期修补,术毕放置引流管。结果钛网修补感染率明显低于钢片修补,采用钛网修补材料患者均出现皮下积液局部排异反应,放置引流管引流24 h左右后积液消失。5例材料外露患者一期行钛网修补愈合良好。结论采用钛网进行修补更佳,术后放置引流管,为预防术后癫痫并发症,可以适当延长修补时间。部分材料外露患者可以一期钛网修补。
