摘要
田径运动是综合跑、跳、跃、投掷的全能型运动,在教学和训练中发生运动损伤的几率较大。田径运动常见的伤害、运动损伤部位、运动损伤程度、运动损伤性质以及运动损伤的时间等有其内部和外部原因,包括田径项目的特点、田径项目考核标准过严、学生生理因素、技术因素、心理因素等。田径运动教学中要建立系统的防范措施:加强预防运动损伤的知识与思想教育,充分的准备运动,加强学生体能与柔韧度训练,合理安排教学内容,形成良好作息与饮食习惯、严格管理运动设备、场地与服装、合理安排上课时间,针对不同训练项目采取差异化预防措施。
The track and field sports is a kind of all-round exercise involving running,jumping,hopping,and throwing,having greater chances of sports injuries in the teaching and training.The common injuries in track and field sports have internal and external reasons in the position,degree,nature and duration,including the characteristics and the strict assessment standards in track and field events,as well as students’physiological factors,technical factors,psychological factors,etc.In this regard,it is necessary to take systematic preventive measures in the teaching of track and field sports:strengthening knowledge and ideological education to prevent sports injuries,taking full preparation for sports,strengthening physical fitness and flexibility training for students,arranging reasonable teaching teaching contents,forming daily routine and eating habits,and strictly managing sports equipment,venues and clothing,making reasonable arrangements for class time,taking different preventive measures for different training events.
