考虑气体力影响的涡旋压缩机转子系统稳定性研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对气体力对涡旋压缩机转子系统造成的动不平衡问题,建立了考虑气体力作用的涡旋压缩机曲轴转子系统力学模型、力与力矩平衡方程,采用平衡铁与曲柄销错开一定角度安装的方法,平衡惯性力和气体力引起的转子系统动不平衡。通过数值计算获得不同转速条件下动平衡所需主副平衡铁质量、平衡铁安装角,并分别与传统设计方法下应用于变转速工况时的结果进行了对比分析,结果表明:该方法能有效的减小主副轴承、机架的受力,提高涡旋压缩机的稳定性,对涡旋压缩机的生产应用有一定的参考指导意义。 In view of the dynamic imbalance caused by gas force on the rotor system of scroll compressor,the mechanical model and force and moment balance equation of the crankshaft rotor system of the scroll compressor considering gas force were established.The installation method of staggering the counterweights and the crank pin by a certain angle was used to balance the dynamic imbalance of the rotor system caused by inertial force and gas force. The masses of main and auxiliary counterweights and installation angles of counterweights required for dynamic balance under different rotating speed conditions were obtained through numerical calculation,and compared with the results of the traditional design method under variable rotating speed conditions. The results show that this method can effectively reduce the stress of the main and auxiliary bearings and the machine frame,improve the stability of the scroll compressor,and has certain reference and guidance for the production and application of the scroll compressor.
