摘要
通过理论分析再结合动力学仿真软件对某型号电动涡旋压缩机的动平衡进行了研究,仿真了不同转速、不同平衡块和偏心轮质量对旋转部件动平衡的影响,并通过使用ADAMS中的优化模块,实现在不同平衡块质量下偏心轮质量的寻优,计算结果与RP原数据结果接近,为涡旋压缩机动平衡设计提供了一种有效的方法,缩短了设计周期,有效地支持了电动涡旋压缩机的结构设计和改进。
In this paper, based on theoretical analysis combined with dynamic simulation software, a type of motor scroll compressor dynamic balance is studied. The influence of different speed, balance block, and eccentric wheel quality on dynamic balance of scroll parts is simulated. Using the optimization design module of Adams, the optimization on eccentric mass size is achieved in different balance mass, and the calculation results are close to RP raw data. It has provided an efficient way for the balancing design of scroll compressor, shortened the design cycle, and effective supports the structure design and improvement of motor scroll compressor.
