摘要
为探明不同生长调节剂对西瓜冷害胁迫的恢复效果,以‘早佳’(8424)为试材,研究了在模拟冷害形成后6种不同生长调节剂对西瓜产量和品质的影响.结果表明:低温胁迫下,6种生长调节物质均能促进植株伸蔓、增加叶片数和节数,但对西瓜产量和品质的影响不显著.爱多收对西瓜的恢复生长效果最好,蔓长、叶片数、总鲜质量、茎叶鲜质量比对照分别显著增加了59.74%、34.90%、75.58%、77.10%.海中宝和悠仙美地对西瓜品质改善效果较好,平均可溶性固形物含量分别比对照分别提高了11.98%和11.18%.综上所述,在实际生产中,西瓜幼苗遭受冷害胁迫后,前期可喷施爱多收促进植株尽早恢复生长,后期可追施海中宝或悠仙美地以促进果实糖分的积累,改善西瓜品质.
In order to find out the recovery effect of different growth- regulating substances on watermelon under low temperature stress, six growth- regulating substances were used in the test, watermelon variety 'Zaojia'(8424) was chosen as test material. Watermelon leaves were sprayed twice with the agents after treated by low temperature, the effects of different agents on the yield and quality of watermelon under low temperature stress were investigated. The results showed that under low temperature stress, the vines length, the number of the leaves and internodes were all promoted by six agents, while the yield and quality of watermelon were not affected. Aiduoshou showed the best effect on watermelon recovery, the vine length, the number of the leaves, total fresh weight and weight of stem and leaves were significantly increased by 59.74%, 34.90%, 75.58% and 77.10% respectively compared with the control treatment. Haizhongbao and YouxianMedi exhibited better effect on fruit quality, which were increased by 11.98% and 11.18% respectively compared with the control treatment. In conclusion, under low temperature stress, Aiduoshou could be used to promote plant growth in the early stage, Haizhongbao or Youxianmeidi could be used to promote the accumulation of sugar and improve the quality of watermelon in the later stage.
