4种植物生长调节剂对辣椒涝害胁迫的恢复效果 被引量:1

The recovery effect of four plant growth regulators on waterlogging stress of pepper

摘要 为探究不同植物生长调节剂对辣椒结果期涝害胁迫的恢复效果,以‘薄皮早丰’为试材,研究在模拟涝害胁迫下4种生长调节剂对辣椒生长指标、产量和品质的影响。结果表明,在涝害胁迫下,4种生长调节剂均能够调控辣椒的营养生长与生殖生长,但对产量的恢复与品质的改善效果有差异。爱多收处理后的辣椒产量比对照显著增加了51.30%;其次是碧护、西姆益农和基因活化剂,处理后辣椒产量分别增加40.21%、39.80%和7.75%,但与对照差异不显著。基因活化剂处理后辣椒果实的可溶性糖、维生素C和有机酸含量比对照分别显著提高了10.82%、29.26%、29.29%,其他3种处理的影响不显著。从4种植物生长调节剂的综合表现来看,辣椒结果期遭遇涝害时,适量喷施爱多收的保产效果最佳。 To study the recovery effect of different growth regulators on pepper under waterlogging stress during fruiting stage,pepper variety‘Baopizaofeng’was chosen as test material.Pepper leaves were sprayed twice with the regulators after artificial floodind treat,the effects of different regulators on growth index,yield and quality were investigated.The results showed that the ratio of vegetative and nutrient growth was regulated by 4 regulators under waterlogging stress,while the effects of raising yield and improving quality were different.Aiduoshou application significantly increased pepper yield by 51.30%compared with the control treatment.Follwed by Bihu(40.21%)and Ximuyinong(39.80%)and Gene activator(7.75%).Gene activator application showed the best effect on improving quality,the soluble sugar content,vitamin content,and organic acid content of pepper were significantly increased by 10.82%,29.26%and 29.29%respectively compared with the control treatment.In conclusion,Aiduoshou could be used to get the highest effectiveness of yield protection compared with the other regulators under waterlogging stress during fruiting stage.
