摘要 为研究煤矿井下巷道锚杆预应力的影响因素,在塔然高勒煤矿井下巷道开展顶帮六组锚杆预紧扭矩与预应力的相关试验。结果表明,锚杆预应力随锚杆预紧扭矩增加而增大,呈现良好的正相关变化趋势;锚杆偏斜度严重影响锚杆预应力的大小,锚杆安装偏转角度越大,则锚杆预应力就越小;煤岩层强度也影响到锚杆预应力大小,其强度越高则锚杆预应力就越大。研究结果可为煤矿回采巷道锚杆预应力参数设计提供参考。 In order to study the influencing factors of bolt stress in underground roadway, the correlation test of prestress torque and prestress about 6 groups of bolts with top and bang were carried out in the underground tunnel of Tarangaole Coal Mine. The results show that the prestress of bolt increases with the increase of the pretightening torque of bolt, and show a good trend of positive correlation. The deflection of anchor bolt affects its prestress seriously. The larger the deflection angle of the anchor bolt, the smaller the prestress of it. The strength of coal and rock also affect the prestressing force of anchor bolt. The higher the strength of coal and rock, the greater the prestressing stress of the anchor bolt. The results can provide reference for design of anchor bolt prestress parameters about coal mine mining roadway.
