模拟热瞬态螺钉变形行为试验研究

摘要 螺钉联接是机械设备中广泛使用的联接方式,不仅可拆装,而且不会损毁被联接件的任何部位,故大量螺钉使用于反应堆堆内构件零部件的联接。为了研究反应堆堆内构件联接螺钉因反应堆运行热瞬态温差引起的变形行为,本试验采用了在常温下施加等效滑移量的方法来观察螺钉变形情况。通过试验发现当被联接件发生相对滑移时螺钉头存在转角和滑移现象,并得到了螺钉在不同规格和不同预紧扭矩下螺钉变形规律,为工程实际螺钉设计优化和有限元分析提供试验依据。 Screw connection is a widely used connection method in mechanical equipment.It can not only be assembled and disassembled,but also does not damage any connected part.Therefore,a large number of screws are used to connect the components of the reactor internals.In order to study the deformation behavior caused by the thermal transient temperature difference of the reactor during operation,the joint screws of the reactor internals were used to observe the deformation of the screws by applying the equivalent slip at room temperature.Through the test,it was found that when the connected parts slipped,the screw heads were rotated and slipped,and the deformation rules of the screw under different sizes and different pre-tightening torques are obtained,providing experimental basis for engineering screw design optimization and finite element analysis of the project.
