摘要
口腔修复作为一种最常见的诊疗手段,对于材料的多重性能均有较高要求,而钛锆合金因具有强度高、机械力学及无毒性等优势,成为该领域的研究重点,针对此,文章将透过ZrTi合金的基础原理,阐释其性能特点,并结合口腔修复体的应用需求,将钛锆合金和激光立体成形技术有效融合,利用正交设计的试验方法探究钛锆合金成形的工艺方法,同时,融合动电位描记极化曲线方法、MTT法评价了该新型钛锆合金的抗腐蚀性及生物相容性,以为其在口腔修复中的应用提供有效支撑。
As one of the most common means of diagnosis and treatment, dental prosthesis has high requirements for multiple properties of materials, and Ti-Zr alloy has become the focus of research in this field because of its high strength, mechanical properties and non-toxicity. In view of this, this paper will explain its performance characteristics through the basic principles of ZrTi alloy, and combine with the application requirements of dental prosthesis, Ti-Zr alloy will be used. In order to provide effective support for the application of the new titanium-zirconium alloy in dental prosthodontics, the orthogonal design method was used to explore the forming process of titanium-zirconium alloy. Meanwhile, the corrosion resistance and biocompatibility of the new titanium-zirconium alloy were evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization curve method and MTT method.
