激光立体成形技术中工艺参数的数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 激光立体成形是一种非常复杂的热力学耦合过程,影响成形过程的因素很多.本文在对激光立体成形技术国内外发展研究现状进行概述的基础上,通过对同步送粉激光熔覆技术原理的分析建立了热力学模型,并针对10.6μm 的CO2激光器加热熔覆不锈钢材料3Cr13 进行了工艺参数的数值模拟分析.结果表明光斑直径越大能量密度越低,光斑直径越小能量密度越高;同一功率下,扫描速度越大,单道熔覆宽度越小;扫描速度相同,功率越大,单道熔覆宽度也越大. Laser solid forming is a very complicated thermodynamic coupling process, and there are many factors affecting the forming process. On the basis of summarizing the development and research status of laser solid forming technology at home and abroad, a thermodynamic model was established by analyzing the principle of synchronous powder feeding laser cladding technology, and numerical simulation analysis of process parameters was carried out for 10.6μm CO2 laser heating cladding stainless steel 3Cr13. The results show that the larger the spot diameter, the lower the energy density, and the smaller the spot diameter, the higher the energy density. At the same power, the larger the scanning speed, the smaller the single cladding width;At the same scanning speed, the greater the power, the greater the width of single cladding.
