摘要
冷热电三联产成套装置(以下简称"成套装置")是一种高能效装置,采用工厂化预制,撬块式结构,可减少现场安装时间。成套装置包括发电机组和余热机的多种组合型式,且由于工艺流程的复杂性、季节的差异性、用户的差别性等原因,对其进行集中能效监控是十分必要的。本文以成套装置的工程应用为实例,阐述成套装置通过系统优化和能效监控系统设计相互结合,提高成套装置能源利用效率。
The CCHP unit(hereinafter referred to as the complete unit) is an efficient energy utilization device, which adopts factory prefabrication, prying block structure and reduces installation time on site. This set of equipment involves various combinations of generators and waste heat generators. Because of the complexity of process flow, the difference of different seasons and different users,it is necessary to centralize energy efficiency monitoring. Taking the engineering application of the complete set of devices as an example,this paper expounds that the energy efficiency of the complete set of devices can be improved by combining the system optimization design with the design of the efficiency monitoring system.
