摘要
目的了解抗精神病药长期治疗时不良反应发生及治疗情况。方法采用自制调查表,对2018年1-6月在某精神病专科医院长期住院使用抗精神病药治疗的精神分裂症患者处方进行调查分析。结果不良反应发生率依次为心血管系统疾病(68.61%)、肝功能异常(41.70%)、血常规异常(33.86%);中药治疗占比77.12%、91.94%、88.74%。结论中药辅助治疗在防治抗精神病药所致肝功能异常及心血管疾病方面发挥了重要作用,为减轻抗精神病药致不良反应的有效手段。
Objective To explore the occurrence and therapy condition of adverse effect in long-term antipsychotics treatment. Methods Self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the long-term antipsychotics treatment prescriptions of long-stayed schizophrenics in a psychiatric hospital from January to June,2018.Results The sequence of adverse effect incidence was shown as follow: cardiovascular diseases( 68.81%),liver dysfunction( 41.70%),and abnormal hematology( 33. 86%). The percentage of Chinese medicine in the whole therapy was 77.12%,91.94% and 88.74%,respectively. Conclusions Chinese medicine plays a significant role in the prophylaxis and cure of liver dysfunction and cardiovascular diseases caused by antipsychotics treatment. It is an effective adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine to reduce the adverse effect in antipsychotics treatment.
