循证医学教学模式在医学生中应用效果的meta分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的评价医学生对循证医学教学方法的应用效果及态度。方法计算机检索中英文电子数据库,通过检索策略及纳入排除标准筛选,最终纳入相关文献,使用英国牛津大学循证医学中心的评价标准对文献进行质量评价并使用Revman5进行Meta分析。结果共纳入文献19篇,共包含1 635例参与者,其中采用循证医学教学方法的试验组814例,采用传统教学方法的对照组821例。经Meta分析发现,不论是理论考试成绩还是临床实践技能成绩采用循证医学教学方法组均优于传统方法教学组,且差异有统计学意义。结论在临床教学中循证医学教学模式对医学生在不论在基础理论方面还是临床实践技能方面均优于传统教学模式,并且医学生对循证医学教学方法呈支持的态度。 Objective To systematically evaluate the application effect and attitude of Chinese medical students on the teaching mode of Evidence-based medicine and traditional teaching mode.Methods Computer searched Chinese and English electronic databases through the search strategy and inclusion of exclusion criteria screening,and finally included in the relevant literature.The quality of the literature was evaluated and meta-analyzed using the evaluation criteria of the Oxford University Evidencebased Medicine Center.Results A total of 19 articles were included in the literature,including a total of 1 635 participants,including 814 experimental groups using EBM teaching methods and 821 patients in the control group using traditional teaching methods.The meta-analysis found that According to the Meta analysis,both the theoretical test score and the clinical practice skill score of the EBM teaching method group were better than the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The Evidence-based medicine teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode in medical students’ basic knowledge and clinical practice skills,and the medical students support the Evidence-based medicine teaching mode.
