摘要
以CNKI数据库中的期刊文章为统计来源,收集“医联体”相关文献作为研究对象,对相关关键词进行统计分析以及可视化研究。研究发现,近年来学者对于医联体的研究形成3个热点领域:针对医联体内分级诊疗体系的研究,针对医联体内医务人员及患者的研究,针对医联体内政策体系的研究。另外研究发现,分级诊疗是医联体目前主要的研究对象。最后经过关键词分析发现,学者针对医联体内绩效评价体系的研究较少。研究认为,今后学者应从医联体内绩效管理、绩效影响指标、绩效评价机制、薪酬管理等因素入手扩大研究领域。
In this paper,the journal articles in the CNKI database is used as the statistical source,and the relevant documents of the“Medical Union”are collected as research objects,and the relevant keywords are statistically analyzed and visualized.It is found that in recent years,scholars have formed three hotspots for the research of the medical union:the research on the hierarchical medical system in the medical union,the research on the medical staff and patients in the medical union,and the research on the policy system in the medical union.It is found that hierarchical medical treatment is the main research object of the medical union.Finally,through keyword analysis,it is found that scholars have less research on the performance evaluation system of the medical union.In the future,scholars should expand their research fields from performance management,performance impact indicators,performance evaluation mechanism,salary management and other factors.
