摘要
胶粘剂由于其自身独特优势,即渗透性低、韧性与弹性好等,在汽车制造中备受青睐,承担十分重要的辅助作用。通过采用旋转黏度计法和压流黏度计法进行焊装胶测量,进一步深入探究了汽车用焊装胶黏度对施工性能与贮存稳定性的影响作用。研究结果表明,由于焊装胶自身特性,环氧折边胶与高强度结构胶的环氧树脂含量比较高,而环氧树脂粘度受温度变化影响比较大,使得年温特性较差,对此,应采取带有保温功能的胶枪或自动打胶机施工;而在贮存时间不断延长的趋势下,焊装胶黏度渐渐上升,特别是环氧折边胶与高强度结构胶,对此,应要求厂家严格确保这两种黏胶的贮存温度控制在既定标准以内。
:Because of its unique advantages,such as low permeability,good toughness and elasticity,adhesive is favored in automobile manufacture and plays a very important auxiliary role.In this paper,the effect of viscosity of automobile welding adhesive on construction performance and storage stability is further investigated by using rotary viscometer method and pressure flow viscometer method to measure welding adhesive.The results show that the epoxy resin content of epoxy flanged adhesive and high strength structural adhesive is relatively high because of its own characteristics,and the viscosity of epoxy resin is greatly influenced by the temperature change,which makes the annual temperature characteristic worse,therefore,the content of epoxy resin is higher than that of high strength structural adhesive.Should adopt the rubber gun with the heat preservation function or the automatic glue machine construction.Under the trend of prolonged storage time,the viscosity of welded adhesive increases gradually,especially epoxy folding adhesive and high strength structural adhesive.Therefore,the manufacturers should strictly ensure that the storage temperature of these two types of adhesive is controlled within the established standard.
