汽车用焊装胶主要包括点焊密封胶、减振膨胀胶、环氧折边胶和高强度结构胶等。介绍了2种不同黏度测量方法及在焊装胶测试中的应用,讨论了黏度与温度的关系,并探讨了黏度对焊装胶施工性能和贮存稳定性的影响,以供焊装胶的生产和使用厂家参考。
The welding adhesives for automobile are the adhesive products used in the welding shops of automobile main engine factory, mainly including the spot welding sealants, damping expansion adhesives, epoxy hemming adhesives, high strength structural adhesives and so on. This paper introduced two methods of measuring the viscosity and their application in the test of welding adhesives. The relationship between viscosity and temperature was discussed, and the effect of viscosity on the workability and storage stability of the welding adhesives was presented. These informations can used as a reference for the production and use of welding adhesives.
