摘要
社会发展的多变性需要培养多样性人才,应用型人才需求量不断增加,传统教育模式需要不断改革和创新。从独立学院专业角度出发,探讨根据学生个性特点实施应用型人才分类培养模式,具体阐述了通信工程分类培养的模块选择、培养优势、存在问题及应对措施,并描述了模式实施之后的教学效果和改进方向。
The changeability of social development requires the cultivation of diverse talents. The demand for applied talents is increasing, and the traditional education model needs constant reform and innovation. From the point of view of independent college, this paper discusses the mode of classified training of applied talents according to students’ personality characteristics. The module selection, training advantages, existing problems and Countermeasures of classified cultivation of communication engineering are elaborated in detail. It also describes the teaching effect and improvement direction after the implementation of the operation.
