摘要
就伊拉克MASS钢铁公司压缩空气站7台空压机实现最优控制运行方式进行了阐述,在满足生产需求的前提下,通过设定参数实现最佳的节能高效压缩空气系统。这种基于压力控制、能效控制、优先级控制和定时控制的多重控制管理模式,在生产实践中凸显其优越性。
The paper presents the achievement of optimal control operation mode of the 7 air compressors at the compressed air station of Iraqi MASS Steel Company.Under the premise of meeting production demand and through setting up parameters,an optimal energy saving high-efficiency compressed air system was achieved.This multi-control management model based on pressure control,energy efficiency control,priority control and timing control has clearly shown its advantage in production practice.
