摘要
芜湖长江公路跨宁安城际铁路混凝土连续箱梁桥采用悬臂浇筑施工,施工中菱形挂篮作为悬臂浇筑施工的重要设备,其刚度、强度、稳定性对于施工的安全,结构的质量起到决定性作用。该菱形挂篮施工背景依托某连续梁桥悬臂浇筑施工项目,通过材料力学理论及Midas有限元模型,计算在最不利工况下,挂篮各受力部件的最大应力和最大变形,并验算其强度稳定性。结果表明菱形挂篮各部件最大应力及最大变形均小于允许值,满足设计及规范的要求,计算过程可以为其他挂篮计算提供参考。
Concrete continuous box girder bridge across Ning'an Intercity Railway of Wuhu Yangtze River Highway is constructed by cantilever casting. As an important equipment for cantilever casting, diamond hanging basket plays decisive role for construction safety and structure quality with its stiffness, strength and stability. Based on continuous girder bridge of a cantilever pouring construction project, maximum stress and deformation of the diamond hanging basket components of under the most unfavorable conditions are calculated with material mechanics theory and Midas finite element model, and strength stability of the components is checked. Results show the maximum stress and deformation of diamond hanging basket components are less than allowable value, which meets requirements of design and specification. The calculation process can provide reference for calculation of other hanging basket.
