金鸡滩精煤用作高炉喷吹配煤的实验研究

摘要 模拟高炉喷吹工业用煤条件,选择太西煤与金鸡滩煤进行配煤喷吹实验,研究配合煤的燃烧特性、爆炸性及流动性。研究结果表明,配煤的灰分及挥发分产率基本上随配煤中低阶煤比例的增加而线性降低,配煤过程的混合比较均匀,样品的代表性强;配煤的爆炸性返回火焰长度和抑制爆炸性加岩粉量均随着金鸡滩煤的配入量的增加而增大,当金鸡滩煤的配比不超过35%时配煤无爆炸性;随着金鸡滩煤配入比例的增加,配煤的燃烧温度降低以及燃烧速率提高,金鸡滩煤对改善配煤的燃烧特性有重要的作用;配入金鸡滩煤并不会改变配煤的流动性和喷流性。从配煤的可操作性和降低爆炸性的效果来看,金鸡滩煤与太西煤相配的配比应不超过35%;配合煤的质量指标满足高炉喷吹用煤质量和安全性要求。 The blast furnace injection industrial coal conditions were simulated,the Taixi coal and Jinjitan coal were selected to carry out the blending coal injection experiment,the combustion characteristics,explosibility and fluidity of blending coal were researched.The results showed that:the ash content and volatile matter yield of blending coal basically decreases in linear trend with the increase of low rank coal ratio,the mixing is uniform in the coal blend process,the representative of sample is good;the explosive return flame length of blending coal and addition amount of rock powder for explosiveness suppression increase along with the increase of Jinjitan coal amount in blending process,when the ratio of Jinjitan coal is less than 35%,the blending coal does not have the explosiveness;Along with the increase of Jinjitan coal ratio,the combustion temperature of the blending coal decreases,the combustion speed increases,Jinjitan coal has important impact on improving the combustion characteristics of blending coal;the blending of Jinjitan coal will not change the fluidity and injection property of blending coal.From operation and effect of explosiveness reduction,the ratio of Jinjitan coal to Taixi coal should not exceed 35%;the quality indicators of blending coal could meet the requirements of blast furnace injection coal quality and safety.
