摘要
对某公司铅冶炼系统采用富氧底吹连续吹炼工艺处理高铅复杂金精矿过程中铋、锑元素的分布与走向进行研究分析。结果表明,在火法熔炼系统中高铅复杂金精矿中91.51%的铋、92.84%的锑流向了粗铅,在电解精炼系统中85.98%的铋、82.31%的锑流向了铅阳极泥、10.71%的锑流向了白冰铜,且铅阳极泥中铋品位达8.01%、锑品位达31.52%,用真实数据说明了富氧底吹连续吹炼工艺的综合回收能力。
The distribution and trend of bismuth and antimony elements in the treatment of complex gold concentrate with high lead by oxygen-rich bottom blowing process in a lead smelting system of a company were studied and analyzed.The results show that 91.51%of bismuth and 92.84%of antimony in complex gold concentrate with high lead flow to crude lead in fire smelting system,85.98%of bismuth and 82.31%of antimony flow to lead anode mud and 10.71%of antimony flow to white matte in electrolytic refining system,and the grade of bismuth and antimony in lead anode mud is 8.01%and 31.52%,respectively.The comprehensive recovery ability of oxygen-rich bottom-blowing continuous blowing process is illustrated by real data.
