淡水鱼中亚甲基蓝、孔雀石绿类药物残留检测 被引量:1

摘要 建立快速净化样品,测定淡水鱼中亚甲基蓝、孔雀石绿类药物残留的检测方法。样品以纯乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂,中性氧化铝吸附净化,甲酸水溶液-乙腈(均含5mmol/L乙酸铵)为流动相,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行测定。结果表明:孔雀石绿、隐性孔雀石绿、结晶紫、隐性结晶紫和亚甲基蓝线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.99,样品加标回收率为82.9%~96.7%,变异系数为2.3%~8.1%,检出限为0.25~1.0μg/kg。 A rapid method for the determination of drug residues in freshwater fish,such as methylene blue and malachite green,was established.Samples were extracted with acetonitrile,degreased with n-hexane,purified with neutral alumina adsorbent,and determined by UPLC-MS/MS,using formic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile (containing 5 mol/L ammonium acetate ) as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear relationship between malachite green,leucomalachite green,crystal violet,leucocrystal violet and their metabolites and methylene blue was good.The correlation coefficients were greater than 0.99.The recoveries were 82.9%~96.7%,the coefficient of variation was 2.3%~8.1%,and the detection limit was 0.25~1.0 μg/kg.
