摘要
目的分析我国ICU谵妄发生危险因素文献研究的现状和发展趋势,为临床早期干预谵妄危险因素提供参考依据。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库(WanFangData)、维普数据库(VIP),采用文献计量方法,对我国近10年ICU谵妄发生危险因素的文献进行分析。结果共纳入144篇文献,近5年呈增长趋势,发表于98种期刊,受基金资助的有15篇。病例对照研究82篇,占56.9%;研究对象集中在机械通气患者、老年患者、术后患者;高频危险因素包括16项。结论ICU谵妄发生危险因素的研究得到重视,但高质量研究文献缺乏,需要进一步加大研究的深度和广度。
Objective To analyze the current situation and development trend of the researches on the risk factors of delirium in ICU of China, which provides the reference for early intervention in clinical practice. Methods Research articles on risk factors of delirium in ICU of China from 2008 to 2018 were searched from CNKI, WanFang Data and VIP database systematically. Results A total of 144 articles from 98 journals were collected which showed an increasing trend in the past five years. Fifteen of them were funded by the funds. Eighty-two researches were case control studies which focused on the patients with mechanical ventilation, elderly patients and post-operative patients including. There are 16 high-frequency risk factors. Conclusions The research on risk factors of delirium in ICU attracts increasing attention. However, there is a lack of high-quality research literature, which needs to further increase the depth and breadth of research.
