摘要
为了对阴极保护设计、设备设施、监测检测等阴极保护相关数据进行管理和综合分析决策,建立了可持续集成的阴极保护综合管理平台,它可以兼容不同阴极保护智能监控管理系统,并在西南某段山区管道上安装了管线阴极保护/杂散电流智能监测终端,作为系统平台的数据采集支撑。现场应用表明,阴极保护智能采集监控管理系统可实现管道阴极保护状态监测、阴极保护设备远程控制、管道杂散电流监测、管道安全预警等功能,实现了阴极保护的智能化控制。
In order to manage and comprehensively analyze the cathodic protection data such as cathodic protection design,equipment and facilities,monitoring and testing,a sustainable integrated cathodic protection comprehensive management platform is built,which can be compatible with different cathodic protection intelligent monitoring and management systems.A pipeline cathodic protection/stray current intelligent monitoring terminal is installed in a pipeline in a mountainous area in the southwest,which serves as a data acquisition support for the system platform.The field application shows that the cathodic protection intelligent monitoring and management platform can realize functions such as pipeline cathodic protection state monitoring,cathodic protection equipment remote control,pipeline stray current monitoring,pipeline safety warning,etc.,and then the intelligent control of cathodic protection can be realized.
