摘要
目的对情景演练在提高门诊护士服务能力中的应用效果进行分析。方法将2017年10月-2018年10月在我院门诊工作的80名门诊护士作为本次研究对象,均予以情景演练的培训方法,对比实施前后门诊护士各方面能力改善情况。结果与实施前比较,实施情景演练后,门诊护士在预检分诊、心肺复苏、呼吸气囊使用、电除颤、心电监护、电动/中心吸痰、电动洗胃等方面的技能均改善,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。其中电除颤、电动/中心吸痰、电动洗胃三项改善幅度相对较低;实施情景演练后,门诊护士自我评价认为突发事件应对能力、实际问题解决能力、评判性思维能力、心理压力减轻、相关理论知识掌握能力、工作/学习兴趣、自我认同感及团队协作能力均提高。其中突发事件应对能力改善幅度相对较低。结论采取情景演练后极大地提高了门诊护士的服务能力。
Objective To analyze the effect of situational drill in improving the service ability of outpatient nurses.Methods Comparing the improvement of the ability of outpatient nurses before and after implementation.Results Compared with the previous practice,the skills of outpatient nurses in pre-examination,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,respiratory airbag use,electrofibrillation,electrocardioelectric monitoring,electric/central phlegm aspiration,electrogastric lavage etc.improved significantly after the implementation of the scenario exercise.The difference is statistically significant,P<0.05.Among them,electric defibrillation,electrical/central phlegm absorption,and electric gastric lavage were relatively low.After the implementation of the scenario exercise,the out-patient nurses self-evaluated that the ability to respond to emergencies,solve actual problems,Judge thinking ability,psychological stress reduction,related theoretical knowledge,work/learning interests,self-identification,and teamwork ability were all significantly improved.Among them,the ability to respond to emergencies is relatively low.Conclusion Situational exercises have greatly improved the service ability of outpatient nurses.
