摘要
目的 探讨家长互述式教育联合情绪管理在腹股沟疝患儿围手术期中的应用效果。方法 选取于我院接受手术治疗的腹股沟疝患儿80例为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予家长互述教育联合情绪管理方式护理,观察两组患儿术后下床时间及术后住院时间、术后24h时疼痛程度,干预前焦虑情况(mYPSA)、麻醉诱导期合成程度(ICC)。结果 观察组患儿术后下床时间短于对照组,术后24h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预前两组患儿焦虑评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后均较干预前观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ICC评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 家长互述式教育联合情绪管理有助于改善腹股沟疝患儿术前焦虑情绪,缩短术后康复时间及降低疼痛感,提高配合度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of education using family member retelling technique combined with emotional management in perioperative period of children with inguinal hernia. Methods To select 80 children with inguinal hernia who underwent surgery in our hospital as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while on the basis of this, the observation group was given education using family member retelling technique combined with emotional management. The postoperative bedtime and postoperative hospital stay, the pain level at 24 hours after surgery, the pre-intervention anxiety (mYPSA), and the anesthesia induction phase (ICC) of children in the two groups were observed. Results The postoperative off bed-time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The pain score was lower than that of the control group at 24 hours after surgery( P <0.05). There was no significant statistical difference in the anxiety scores between the two groups before intervention( P >0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P <0.05). The ICC score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Education using family member retelling technique combined with emotional management can improve the preoperative anxiety of children with inguinal hernia. Meanwhile, it can shorten the postoperative recovery time and reduce pain of the children, thus improving the degree of cooperation,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
